Life during COVID 19

Strange times indeed. Isolating, loneliness, keeping on top of health issues and keeping as fit as we can, longing to meet up with family and friends, money worries, will I still have a job are all the challenges we are facing at the moment.

What I find most difficult about this time is isolation, not seeing friends, family and work colleagues. One of the things that I do to support my mental health is gardening. I have a small garden - I am no gardener but it helps me to ground myself and keeps my anxiety levels down.

Would you be interested in sharing the challenges you are facing at this time and how you are overcoming some of difficulties? It would also be very good to hear what support you need during this time. Contact me by email if you are interested in writing a regular blog.
